1. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your premium subscription at any time from your PDFShortcut account dashboard. Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again unless you reactivate.

- Select Cancel Subscription and confirm the prompts

2. Refund Eligibility
We aim to be fair and transparent with refunds. You may qualify for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Accidental renewal within the last 7 days
- Technical issues related to our service that we are unable to resolve
- Duplicate charges or billing errors attributed to PDFShortcut
Refunds are generally issued as pro-rated credits for remaining unused time on your subscription. In some cases, a full refund may be granted at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to provide refunds under these conditions:
- Requests made more than 30 days after the charge date
- Accounts found in violation of our Terms of Service
- Inability to access the service due to third-party issues (e.g., internet outages)
